Dr. Bios

Lance Yeoman, D.O., Chief Medical Officer at the Dermatology Office has more than 20 years experience as a physician--first as a general surgeon and now as a dermatologist. He is a graduate of the College of Osteopathic Medicine and Surgery located in Des Moines, Iowa (Now Des Moines University). He is certified in Dermatology by the American Board of Physician Specialties. Additionally he has a subspecialty in geriatric dermatology. Dr. Yeoman takes a personal interest in each patient. He routinely discusses the details of any procedure he recommends. After surgery he personally follows up with patients to be sure all is well and to answer any questions.

Dr. Philip Rettenmaier ,D.O. is a Certified Wound Specialist Physician (CWSP).  He is also Board Certified in Hyperbaric Medicine.  Dr. Rettenmaier resides in Fort Wayne, Indiana.  He visits Poplar Bluff approximately 1 week every month, and treats patients at the Dermatology Office. Dr. Rettenmaier graduated from  Des Moines Iowa University College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1981. 

Joyce Barklow is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner and has been in the medical field for 30 years, with a background in critical care and family practice nursing. Joyce is a graduate from Arkansas State University.

Debbie Russell is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner.  Debbie graduated from Southeast Missouri State University and has been in the medical field for more than 30 years.  Debbie made her career working in the Operating Room for 23 years and has been a Nurse Practitioner for over 10 years. 

Phyllis Hansen is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner.  Phyllis has been a Nurse Practiioner since 1999, and joined The Dermatology Office in January of 2013.

Dianna Damron has been in the medical field for over 30 years.  She was born and raised in Granite City, Illinois but has lived in Poplar Bluff for many years.  Dianna oversees and manages all of  the daily operations of the practice.
